By downloading, accessing, or using Flow (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

Flow provides airport security wait times, travel estimates, and flight-related information to assist users in planning their journey.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

All information provided by Flow is for general guidance only.

We do not guarantee that any data (including but not limited to wait times, traffic conditions, or flight details) is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Flow is not an official source of airport, airline, or transportation data.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your travel decisions, including allowing sufficient time to reach the airport, clear security, and board your flight.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow shall not be liable for:

 

• Missed flights

• Delays or disruptions

• Financial losses

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from the use of, or reliance on, the App or its information.

5. “As Is” Service

Flow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 
As Flow is a newly released application, features and data accuracy may evolve over time, and users may occasionally experience errors or interruptions.
 

6. Third-Party Data

Flow may rely on data from third-party providers.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of this data.

7. Permissions & Device Data

Flow may request access to certain device features (such as location or calendar) to provide functionality.

 

• Location data is used only if permission is granted

• Calendar data is accessed locally on your device only and is not collected, stored, or shared

You can control permissions at any time through your device settings.

8. Changes to Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Flow at our discretion, without liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
